MSNBC anchor calls Washington, D.C. 'safe and wonderful' while noting city's already had 100 homicides this year

MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell said Washington, D.C., was improving on safety while also noting it's again surpassed 100 homicides for the year before the end of July.
