Blackburn on GOP bill to block funding to states giving undocumented immigrants driver's licenses

Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., says 'people are sick and tired of seeing sanctuary cities receive federal funds that they are supposed to be using for law enforcement,' but are using it 'to circumvent federal law.'
