Fire erupts at chemical plant outside of Lake Charles, Louisiana

Hurricane Laura has caused a fire to erupt at a chemical plant outside of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Gov. John Bel Edwards is now advising locals to 'shelter in place until further notice and close your doors and windows.'
