The Denver Fire Department has extinguished a fire that burnt inside Empower Field at Mile High on Thursday afternoon, according to a tweet.
The fire affected the suite area and the third level seating area, according to the fire department.

Sprinklers attempted to stop the fire when it broke out, but firefighters were needed to assist, the tweet states, adding that the fire is under control.
A tweet from Empower Field at Mile High states that no injuries were reported and the effected area od the stadium was evacuated.

"A small fire that occurred in a construction zone near the East Club Lounge at Empower Field at Mile High has been contained by @Denver_Fire. That area of the stadium was quickly evacuated as a precaution and there were no injuries sustained," the tweet states.
