2024 College Football Championship odds: Ohio State favored, Indiana surges

Ohio State now has the shortest odds to win the national championship.
After defeating Penn State 20-13, the Buckeyes became the favorite, moving to +330 from +450.
The loss for the Nittany Lions, on the other hand, shifted their line to +2000 from +1300.

But there's another team in the Big Ten that bettors might want to keep their eyes on.
And something to keep in mind as these odds move is that the College Football Playoff will feature 12 teams instead of four.

The Ducks shortened slightly from +475 after defeating Michigan 38-17, and the Dawgs lengthened from +340 after escaping the Gators, 34-20.
A team to watch is Indiana, as the Hoosiers' odds to win the Playoff surged to +3500 from +5000 after their big 47-10 win over Michigan State.
Other movement includes Alabama shifting to +1600 from +2000 during its idle week and Texas A&M tumbling to +6000 from +2200 after falling to South Carolina, 44-20.
