After contributing the hook to one of 2015's biggest hits ( 1.3 billion YouTube views and counting!), singer Charlie Puth is settling into a new home in 2016. As the 24-year-old heartthrob behind "See You Again" recently announced on Twitter, he's moved into a new place in Los Angeles.
Purchased in mid-December for $1.9 million, the new four-bedroom home features views of the city worth singing about. Located in the Whitley Heights neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills, the Mediterranean-style home was built in 1954, but has seen a fair share of updates over the years.
On the inside, the home features dark hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and an updated kitchen. The open floor plan offers a breezy flow across a spacious 4,000-plus square feet. Doors line the backside of the home's top level and open onto a large terrace with city views.
Down a spiral staircase, the home's lower level is made for entertaining an audience of close friends. Anchored by a saltwater pool and spa, the lower level features a second kitchen and a bedroom that could easily be transformed into a sweet recording space.
Looking to build on the worldwide success of his massive hit with Wiz Khalifa, Puth's first full-length album, titled "Nine Track Mind," is set to release on Jan. 29.
