“This is the true story of seven strangers picked to live in a house…” In 1992, MTV started a revolution by capturing the everyday lives of young people and pioneering reality TV as we know it today. David “Puck” Rainey, “The Real World: San Francisco”
Were it not for Puck, the world would not know about snot rockets and how to eat peanut butter with your hands. Puck had issues with almost everyone in the house, and after a few stints on “Real World/Road Rules Challenge,” he got married and had a child. But last year, Rainey had served time for a domestic violence charge. Most recently, according to TMZ, he was also convicted of stalking a woman in February 2012 and sentenced for the crime.

Irene McGee, “The Real World: Seattle”
The day Irene was on the receiving end of the “The Slap Heard 'Round the World,” Irene left the Real World house during filming because of her Lyme disease but later admitted it was because she disagreed with the show’s practices. Irene is currently the host of a podcast called "No One’s Listening," and broadcasts out of San Francisco.
Sean Duffy, “The Real World: Boston”
Conservative Wisconsin native Sean Duffy got into his share of heated arguments with his liberal castmates, but he maintained civil relationships with them. Duffy became district attorney of Ashland County, Wisconsin, in 2002. In 2010, and again in 2012, he was elected to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he currently represents Wisconsin’s 7th district as a Republican, and also serves on the Financial Services Committee.
Ruthie Alcaide, “The Real World: Hawaii”
Troubled alcoholic Ruthie eventually went to rehab during the show and returned when she completed the program. After “Real World,” Ruthie participated in MTV’s “The Challenge” series for six seasons and now works to spread alcohol addiction awareness.

Kelley Limp, “The Real World: New Orleans”
Sorority girl Kelley wasn’t in the house much during filming, but when she was, she let her opinion fly. In 2004, eight years ago, Kelley married “Party of Five” mega-star Scott Wolf and they had a son Jackson in 2009. The still married couple just recently welcomed another son, Miller William, in L.A. on Nov. 10, 2012.
