Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban may be huge celebrities in the entertainment world, but they keep their private lives much simpler.

When not on a movie or TV set or watching Urban while he tours, they have a relatively normal family life in Nashville, Tennessee raising their two daughters: Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, 8.

"[It’s] extremely simple with what we want from each other and what we want from a relationship. Just peas in a pod in that regard," the 51-year-old actress told Vanity Fair about her marriage.

As for being a mother to her young, impressionable girls, Kidman likes to keep "boundaries."

“They don’t have a phone and I don’t allow them to have an Instagram," she admitted. And even though she tries to keep them out of the limelight, Kidman said that Sunday is showing interest in acting.

"You can’t really get kids into anything, I’ve realized. You can push them a bit, but motivation is a really hard thing. I mean, nobody motivated me to be an actor; if anything they tried to deter me," the Academy Award winner said.

Kidman also gave an update about her two adoptive children with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise. Bella is 26, married, and just launched a T-shirt line, BKC (Bella Kidman Cruise) according to the Emmy winner.

"Bella lives just outside London. You know, she really feels more English. We lived there for 'Eyes Wide Shut,' 'Mission Impossible,' and 'The Portrait of a Lady,'" she said. Meanwhile, Connor is 24 and lives in Miami, where he's involved in music.

Cruise and Kidman were married from 1990 to 2001.

The last time Kidman spoke about her adult children was in November 2018, to Australia’s "Who" magazine, when she said she's "very private about [them]."

“I have to protect those relationships," she added. "I know 150 percent that I would give up my life for my children because it’s what my purpose is. They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions. They have made choices to be Scientologists and, as a mother, it’s my job to love them.”
