Congratulations are in order for Lil Nas X — who labored for months before finally giving birth to his debut album, "Montero."
The gleefully button-pushing "Industry Baby" singer-rapper marked the occasion with a new promotional video, shared with his 10.7 million followers through Instagram on Friday.
The now-viral clip depicts Lil Nas X — real name Montero Lamar Hill — being rushed through a hospital wing, with a pair of staff in scrubs at his bedside encouraging him to "push."
The footage eventually features the 22-year-old artist delivering a vinyl-sized album cover for the long-awaited "Montero." Afterward, Lil Nas X cradles the record, stroking its plastic sleeve as he gushes to the midwives, "It’s already Grammy-nominated."
LIL NAS X SPARS WITH CRITICS, GOV. KRISTI NOEM OVER NEW SONG AND SATAN-THEMED SNEAKERS
Warning: Some raunchy language — including repeated use of the new buzz term "bussy" (we’ll let you Google that) — may not for the young or squeamish.
However, MTV was among the first to wish Lil Nas X a big congrats on his new arrival: "I’m a proud uncle," the 40-year-old network commented.
The proudly out artist also took a moment to troll rapper DaBaby, 29, who’s been much-criticized for making homophobic statements onstage.
"I can see the baby," says one of the clinicians as X and the other attendant echo: "Da baby?"
Amid the confusion, X interrupts, "Let’s go," with an extended "o" before the three men break into DaBaby’s "BOP on Broadway" dance.
The skit is the latest hilarious piece of content to come out of Lil Nas X’s pregnancy-inspired promotional push for his inaugural album, for which fans have waited since "Old Town Road" stampeded through the pop culture in 2019.

He initially announced his album’s release date with a photo shoot featuring an ethereal X wearing a flower crown and what appears to be a late-third trimester baby bump, reminiscent of Beyoncé’s 2017 baby announcement.
He later celebrated the upcoming arrival of "Montero" with a lavish baby shower, an event which he shared on social media, thanking celebs such as Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat for their thoughtful gifts.
Along with the record drop arrived a racy new video for the song "That’s What I Want," in which X plays a football player engaging in locker room romance with a teammate.
