Kanye West, Diplo, and more stars react to rapper XXXTentacion's sudden death

Following the sudden death of rapper XXXTentacion on Monday, celebrities flooded social media to honor the late artist.
"Rest in peace I never told you how much you inspired me when you were here thank you for existing," Kanye West captioned a picture of XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroyon, on Twitter.
"Thanks for inspiring me," Diplo wrote along with a photo of himself and XXXTentacion on Twitter.

"This got me f---ed up. RIP X. Enormous talent and limitless potential and a strong desire to be a better person. God bless his family, friends and fans," wrote J. Cole.
"I’m at a loss for words... speechless #RIPXXXTentacion Loved collaborating with you. You were a true artist, one of the most f---ing talented of our time," tweeted Travis Barker along with several heartbroken emojis.
"Rip @xxxtentacion this is absolute devastation so much talent I’m shook," tweeted Aaron Carter.

"Damn Too Young #RIPXXXTENTACION #XXTENTACION," wrote "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star DJ Pauly D.
On Monday, XXXTentacion was "shopping for motorcyles in South Florida" and as he was leaving the store, "a gunman ran up to his vehicle and shot him," according to TMZ.
The Broward Sheriff's Office tweeted about the shooting, stating that "dispatchers received a call of a shooting at 3:57 p.m" and "an adult male victim was transported to an area hospital."

In two follow-up posts, the sheriff's department shared that "the adult male that was taken to the hospital has been pronounced dead" and that it "has been confirmed as 20 year old Jahseh Onfroy aka rapper #XXXTentacion."
XXXTentacion had just released his latest album, "?" in March. It quickly shot to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. His previous album, "17," reached No. 2.
