The kids are all right.
Comedian-turned-farmer Jon Stewart rescued the two rogue goats caught running around on the N train tracks in Brooklyn on Monday.
The former “Daily Show” host personally picked up the runaways from the city’s Animal Care and Control and took them to the Farm Sanctuary refuge in upstate Watkins Glen, the animal rescue organization said.

It’s still unclear exactly where the furry fugitives came from — but they were spotted horsing around between the Fort Hamilton Parkway and New Utrecht stops in Borough Park, before the NYPD knocked them out with tranquilizer darts.
The duo appeared to have come to by the time Stewart showed up to take them to their new home — photos show the animals looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as they were shepherded into his truck.
The billies will be in good company — Stewart previously adopted a bull who escaped from a Queens slaughterhouse and an abused horse found in Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Tracey, are supporters of the Farm Sanctuary and even opened their own location on their farm in New Jersey.
