Jenna Jameson shares more keto diet tips to prevent Christmas and holiday cheat days

Christmas isn't an excuse to break your diet, Jenna Jameson warns.

The former porn star, who shed 80 pounds on the keto diet after giving birth to daughter Batel in April 2017, advised her fans on Instagram of the temptations of the holiday season.

"The holidays are such a tricky time when it comes to staying on track. With family visiting and having no clue what #keto is and all too willing to try to talk you into mashed potatoes and grandmas cheesecake, it’s SO easy to fall off the #ketodiet," she captioned a before-and-after snap on Instagram on Monday.

"I suggest meal prepping! It’s not exciting, but trust in fact, you will be so elated when you power through the holidays staying in #ketosis," she continued. "But let me say this... sometimes allowing yourself to indulge is important. When you feel constantly deprived... it can lead to major week long derailments! So have fun, allow a treat here or there but most of all treasure the time spent with your loved ones! Merry Christmas my loves."

The "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star" author has been open about her weight loss journey from the beginning.

Last week, she revealed that she swore off of snacking while on the keto diet, and earlier this month she shared her meal plan with followers, pointing out that avoiding dairy makes her abs and obliques more defined.
