Cameron Diaz was photographed filming with Jamie Foxx's body double Monday as Foxx recovers from a mystery "medical complication."
Diaz was spotted on set wearing jeans and a crew neck sweater. Her hair was pulled back for the scene she filmed with the Foxx look-alike.
Foxx and Diaz are filming for Netflix's "Back in Action."
Production crews in Atlanta reportedly shut down filming Wednesday but resumed Thursday "using a stand-in for Foxx on set," a source told People magazine. A scene scheduled for Sunday was also reportedly canceled due to "changes in production."
A representative for Netflix did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment on filming.

Foxx was hospitalized after suffering a "medical complication" April 11. He is "having multiple tests run" while receiving care at a medical center in Georgia, People magazine reported.
Foxx's daughter, Corinne Foxx, revealed on Instagram that the "Django Unchained" star suffered a "medical complication."
"Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery," she wrote.
"We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time."
Foxx's medical condition has not been disclosed.
"Nothing further is being provided from the family at this time," Foxx's representatives told Fox News Digital Thursday.

"Back in Action," which has been filming in London and Atlanta since September, marks Cameron Diaz's return to the silver screen after her last starring role in 2014 alongside Foxx in "Annie."
Diaz and Foxx also starred together in the 1999 football flick "Any Given Sunday."
