Hailey Baldwin took to her Instagram to slam critics who were constantly “tearing apart” her relationship with Justin Bieber and other positive events in her life.
The 22-year-old model opened up in her Instagram story on Saturday about the “immediate anxiety” she feels when she logs on the social media platform.
"Being off Instagram is the best thing ever," Baldwin wrote in the posts. "Whenever I take breaks from it I feel so much better so much happy [sic] as a person.. the second I come back on I get immediate anxiety, I get sad and I get worked up."

Baldwin said she likes using social media to keep in touch with others, but the negativity from other users is sometimes too much to handle.
“It's hard to focus on your well being and mental health when each time you open Instagram someone is tearing apart your job, or your relationship or essentially any of the things in your life that are positive,” she wrote. "I just don't believe we're called to live a life where we're so easily caught up in strangers opinions on something they have NOTHING to do with.”
Baldwin called for people to “express more love and encouragement to one another” and said she won’t let trolls ruin her life.
"The world has enough hatred, hurt and pain as it is, the last thing we need is more negativity, hate, and division,” she concluded.
Baldwin and Bieber’s on-again-off-again relationship was pushed into the spotlight when the “Sorry” singer announced they were engaged just weeks after they rekindled their romance. In November, Baldwin changed her last name to Bieber on Instagram, seemingly confirming that the duo tied the knot.
