Oscar-nominated actor Jeremy Renner and his estranged wife have reached an agreement on custody of their 2-year-old daughter and financial issues.

The accord between Renner and model Sonni Pacheco was reached Wednesday after they and their attorneys spent most of Wednesday negotiating at a Los Angeles courthouse.

Renner's attorney, Laura Wasser, says the actor will share 50-50 custody with his estranged wife.

Pacheco filed for divorce from Renner in early December, less than a year after the pair had a secret wedding.

A hearing had been scheduled for Thursday in the pair's custody dispute. Both sides had each raised issues with the other's parenting of their daughter.

Renner, who has received Academy Award acting nominations for his role in "The Hurt Locker" and "The Town," star ins in the upcoming film "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
