Paris Hilton claims to be all natural.
“I’ve never done any [plastic surgery] in my life,” the 34-year-old heiress shared with New You magazine. “People love making things up.”
A tabloid fixture since she was just a teen, the sometimes DJ credits mom Kathy Hilton, 56, with her flawless glow.
“I am very lucky that I listened to my mom through my young age,” Hilton explains. “She told me to stay away from the sun, so my friends would be frying in the sun every day and now they all look much older and all have Botox.”
While Hilton has yet to jump on the Botox bandwagon, she dishes that her own dermatologist won’t be applying the injections, if ever.
“I even asked my dermatologist if I should do [plastic surgery], and he’s like ‘I refuse to do it to you … your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it, and I don’t know if you ever will.'”
Though the former “Simple Life” star has friends who have gone under the knife, Hilton confessed that she’s satisfied in her own skin.
“I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything — boobs, nose, chin, cheeks. I live in Hollywood, so I’m used to seeing it. It’s just that I’ve never wanted to do it.”
